We provide custom graphic design for every one of our weddings. Here’s a small sampling of some of the custom artwork we’ve created for past clients.
DESIGN FAQs
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
We create a custom ‘welcome image’ and custom graphic for the photo strips printed by the photo booth for every event. Upon request, we also make ceremony programs, photo slideshows, seating charts, and dinner menus.
WHAT ARE THE FORMATS?
There are three “canvases”:
PHOTO STRIPS
The photo booth prints duplicate 2x6” strips that have an artwork tile area about the width of a dollar bill, and the height of a US quarter. Simple graphics are best here, like the couple’s name and the event date, or a hashtag or monogram.
VIDEO WALL
This 110” array of four LCD displays that combine to make one large image is next to the DJ booth, and is where we display welcome images, photo slideshows during cocktail hour, ceremony programs, and seating charts.
PROJECTOR
The immersive 200” HD projector throws onto the east wall of the ceremony/dining room, and is a great place to display a dinner menu, or slideshow.
DO I HAVE A SAY IN WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE?
Whether looking to take inspiration from your invitations or wedding website, or match any printed signs or programs you might have on-site at the event, we welcome input from couples. Requests and materials must be submitted 30 days before the event, and we’ll take care of the rest.
No matter if you request something special or not (or simply don’t have time to make another decision!), we’ll create something clean, simple, and elegant to match our post-industrial loft space.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY PRINTED MATERIALS?
Apart from the photo strips from the photo booth, we do not make any printed materials. But if your event will have printed materials and you’d like the digital design we create to match (e.g. fonts, colors, message), let us know and we’ll make sure any artwork and design has a cohesive feel.
I’M A DESIGNER, CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN WORK?
Absolutely! We can provide PSD and AI templates for all formats for anyone who wants to make their own event graphics. Or if you prefer, you can provide digital assets you’ve created to Ovation’s designer, and we’ll take care of the rest.
